Saludos, esta subasta es por una (1) ficha de los años 1950s, obsoleta y muy escasa de conseguir, aniquelada y tamaño de 25.5mm. Es una ficha bilingue, en español en el anverso: " Un Cuartillo Leche A " e inglés en el reverso, diciendo:
" One Quart Milk A ", llevando el nombre de la compañía por ambos lados. Tipo 2 (punto justo entre las letras L y K de la palabra MILK; ver foto)
Esta empresa servía rutas de Bayamón y zonas urbanas de pueblos aledaños. Excelente condición, con poco uso, y leves manchas o porosidad. Imposible de conseguir en el pulguero de la esquina.
ENGLISH:
Obsolete and very scarce to find nickel token from the 1950s, measuring 25.5mm. It is a bilingual token: It features the full name of the company " Espasas Dairy Inc. " on both sides, with the phrase " One Quart Milk (grade) A " on one side, and " Un Cuarto Leche (grado) A " on the opposite side. Type 2 (dot right between the letters L & K on the word MILK below; see pictures to compare) It was located in Bayamon, and it served the urban areas of its surrounding towns. Excellent condition, with little wear and subtle darkening or porosity. Truly hard to acquire, won't find at the flea market.
